Oxford has shown that we are committed to delivering the right talent to our clients and received a client Net Promoter® Score of 61.2%, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 36% in 2023.
We have also demonstrated our commitment to providing our candidates and consultants with rewarding and fulfilling opportunities, as demonstrated by the fact that we received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 80% of our placed job candidates, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 50%.
