Workday Reporting Consultant
Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Consultant to support the delivery of high-quality reporting solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing reports and dashboards within Workday to provide actionable insights. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday reporting tools and the ability to partner with stakeholders to deliver meaningful data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all reporting deliverables.
- Provide guidance and expertise on Workday reporting capabilities, including calculated fields and composite reports.
- Support testing cycles, troubleshoot reporting issues, and recommend enhancements to optimize reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Workday reporting, including building advanced and custom reports.
- Strong knowledge of Workday reporting tools such as calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver clear, accurate, and meaningful reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and functional teams.
Hourly Rate: 76-99
