Workday HCM Consultant – Advanced Compensation
Our client is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant with specialist expertise in the Advanced Compensation module for a contract engagement. This role will focus on configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workday Advanced Compensation functionality, meeting business requirements and enhancing total rewards processes. The successful candidate will have deep experience in Workday Advanced Compensation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Workday Advanced Compensation, including Merit and Bonus programs.
- Partner with HR and Compensation teams to gather requirements and implement effective total rewards solutions.
- Support testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects related to Advanced Compensation functionality.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements and implement best practices within Merit and Bonus programs.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Workday HCM, specifically within the Advanced Compensation module.
- Strong knowledge of Merit and Bonus processes within Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with HR, Compensation, and technical teams.
Hourly Rate: 72-94
