Workday HCM Consultant – Benefits
Our client is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant with specialist expertise in the Benefits module for a contract engagement. This role will focus on supporting the configuration, optimization, and delivery of Workday Benefits functionality to meet business requirements. The successful candidate will have strong Workday Benefits experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize the Workday Benefits module in alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and Benefits teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Support testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects related to Benefits functionality.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and provide knowledge transfer to end-users.
- Contribute to process improvements and implement best practices within the Benefits function.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Workday HCM, specifically within the Benefits module.
- Strong ability to configure, test, and support Workday Benefits functionality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams in a project environment.
Hourly Rate: 72-94
