Workday HCM Consultant
Our client is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant with experience across the HCM suite to play a key role in supporting their internal HRIS Team. This role will provide functional support across multiple Workday HCM modules, ensuring effective configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization. The successful candidate will have broad Workday experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with HR and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations and configuration across multiple Workday HCM modules.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement functional solutions.
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
- Support reporting, dashboards, and analytics to meet business needs.
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements across the HCM suite.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with multiple Workday HCM modules.
- Strong configuration and functional support skills.
- Basic reporting and analytics experience within Workday.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Hourly Rate: 76-99
