By mitigating the resource gaps and saving the client time on reviewing, screening, and interviewing candidates, Oxford enabled the project to progress on time and within the budget, despite the tight monthly and quarterly deadlines from the OEMs. Our ability to rapidly source consultants meant that the client was able to ramp up their project with minimal delays. Because the candidates were well suited to support the initiative, the client retained 98% of all consultants deployed throughout the initial duration of the project. The client also selected us to continue placing resources throughout the new phase of this multi-million dollar project, as well as to support additional projects within the client’s IT department.
