Our client, a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier, was working on several innovative technology projects for two prominent German OEMs. These projects included incorporating LiDAR technology into the OEM’s products. Since our client had not previously incorporated these technologies into the OEM’s product line, they did not have the internal knowledge nor the resources needed to meet tight project deadlines.
