As part of their CRM transformation, a multinational medical technology company reached out to Oxford Global Resources to supply candidates with the necessary, yet hard to find, skillsets to assist with their initiative. Due to our ability to quickly source consultants with niche capabilities within a short timeframe, they began requesting consultants to assist with other projects as well. Over time, the scope of the initiatives have expanded to training and other IT departments throughout the organization.

In addition to staffing assistance, we provided detailed financial reports on each Salesforce consultant so that they could ensure their time and resources were maximized on each project.
The client completed successful Silverpop, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce implementations, and they continue to add further enhancements and customizations with Oxford’s assistance. As Oxford’s partnership has evolved with this customer, we have also provided multiple resources in other applications.
