Oxford’s Onboarding Program for Recruiters and Account Managers stands out due to its innovative approach to adult learning principles. The program utilizes a blended learning style, transferring knowledge through eLearning modules and then utilizing live virtual sessions to ensure full comprehension of the material.
The program is tailored to meet industry needs and developed in partnership with executive leadership and SMEs. By week two, new hires are already making calls in conjunction with their classroom learning. By week four, they are calling actual prospects and beginning to build their business.
The Account Manager program lasts eight weeks, with an additional three-week post-onboarding program, while the Recruiter program is four weeks. Overall, the program ensures that new hires are well-equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become successful in their roles from the very start.
