Workday HRIS Analyst
We’re partnered with a unique global organization that is looking to make a key hire within their Workday ERP team. This role will provide functional support across the Workday HCM platform, ensuring smooth system operations and configuration in line with business needs. The ideal candidate will have well-rounded Workday experience, strong configuration skills, basic reporting capabilities, and at least three years of hands-on Workday experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Workday HCM operations, including system configuration and maintenance.
- Assist with creating basic reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to gather requirements and implement functional solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues, escalating as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to optimize Workday functionality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
- Strong configuration skills across multiple Workday modules.
- Basic reporting skills, including report creation and analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR and technical teams.
Hourly Rate: 80000
