Our client, a multinational oil and gas company, was undergoing a global digital transformation program. They aimed to dramatically shift their mindset from an international oil company to an integrated energy company. As a result, the business would need to be completely reimagined. To help them undergo this digital transformation, they reached out to Oxford Global Resources for our ability to source specific, high-quality talent quickly. Not only did the client require precise outcomes and a high blend of rare skills, but they also wanted individuals who could bring new ideas to the table.

The Solution

To assist this client in realizing their long-term goals, Oxford leveraged a managed services sourcing model to bring the best possible talent to the table.
