One successful engagement involved a $60-million facility expansion, for which we provided on-site support for the design, installation, and start-up of new beverage production and packaging systems.
For another project, we helped build a project team for a $175-million expansion of a can making facility. We supplied a Sr. Project Manager, two Project Engineers, and two Construction Managers to support our client’s internal team and help lead the project to successful completion. The resulting state-of-the-art facility produced over nine million cans per day and the project was used as a model for similar facilities the client planned to develop in other countries.
