From food drives to team volunteer outings, our employees support causes in each of the local communities we serve in addition to our companywide sponsorships. We created Oxford Cares as a way to bring together all our philanthropic activities and make social responsibility a priority across our global company. We will continue to champion programs that align with the values of our organization and our employees.
Quarter of Caring
Oxford team members are frequently involved in volunteer and philanthropic efforts that give back to the community. During the holiday season, our efforts increase and the Quarter of Caring initiative is a way to unify ourselves and recognize the charitable contributions of our Oxford teams around the world.
Check out what our team members accomplished during the 2018 Quarter of Caring.
Red Nose Day
Each year, Oxford joins others in our industry, including the American Staffing Association (ASA), to raise awareness and funds to help end child poverty by participating in Red Nose Day. Team members wear red noses and share silly photos to drive awareness while generating donations to this cause.
Oxford focuses the majority of our US team’s philanthropic efforts on the American Cancer Society (ACS). Our domestic offices participate in direct fundraising, volunteering and events. These programs include Relay for Life, Making Strides Against Cancer Walk, and Hope Lodge. Our international offices continue to support similar causes across Europe.
