Global HRIS Transformation in Over 50 Countries

The Challenge
Our client realized they needed additional assistance amid a global HRIS transformation, including a full-suite Workday implementation, ADP and Ramco Payroll, and Kronos workforce management and time tracking. Their Systems Integrator was not providing candidates promptly, and they didn’t have the in-house knowledge required to ensure that they were being advocated for.
So, due to their long-standing relationship with Oxford, they contacted us for support. 

The Solution
We provided 14 consultants to help set up the new HR system from scratch. The client had 50 locations across Europe, Asia, and North America to account for, and each individual was versed in the localization needs required. Roles included:

The client retained 90% of the candidates we provided, and they led the client to a successful, on-time go-live in all 50 locations.
