Workday HRIS Manager
Our client is seeking a Workday HRIS Manager to join their team in an important leadership role. They will be responsible for overseeing the Workday platform, managing a small team, and ensuring the system continues to evolve in line with business needs. The successful candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in Workday, coupled with proven management experience and a track record of driving system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HRIS team, providing guidance and support in the administration and development of Workday.
- Oversee system configuration, enhancements, security, and ongoing maintenance of Workday modules.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system governance across the platform.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize the value of Workday for the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Workday HRIS functions with strong HCM expertise.
- Previous leadership or people management experience within an HRIS or HR technology environment.
- Hands-on configuration and administration skills across multiple Workday modules.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
