$200M Mission-Critical Data Center – Mechanical Construction & MEP Support

The Challenge

An electric, power, and mechanical contractor was executing a fast-paced, $200M mission-critical data center project. The client required an experienced Senior Project Manager capable of overseeing complex mechanical construction scopes.

The role called for strong field experience managing HVAC, process piping, plumbing, and MEP coordination, while working closely with contractors, engineering teams, and project leadership to keep the project on schedule.

The Solution

Oxford identified a Senior Project Manager with a track record supporting large-scale, mission-critical construction projects. The individual was brought in to provide onsite leadership across mechanical, HVAC, process piping, and plumbing scopes; construction schedules, budgets, and cost controls; contractor and trade coordination; field execution and construction progress; technical issue resolution; and safety and quality requirements, all while serving as the communication link between field teams, engineering, contractors, and client leadership.

The Result

Oxford is providing specialized data center expertise for the client’s first MEP data center project, supplementing its internal team with experienced mechanical construction leadership. The resource continues to provide onsite support across HVAC, process piping, contractor coordination, scheduling, cost management, and field execution on this $200M mission-critical project, which remains in progress.
