Workday Test Lead
Our client is seeking a Workday Test Lead for a large project, this role will be responsible for managing and executing testing activities across Workday modules, ensuring high-quality delivery and system functionality. The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading Workday testing efforts, strong knowledge of UAT processes, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Workday testing activities, including UAT.
- Develop test strategies, test plans, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Manage defect tracking, resolution, and reporting throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure solutions meet expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on testing best practices and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading Workday testing initiatives, including UAT.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functional and technical teams.
