Oxford Global Resources’ SVP & CIO, Carol Spector Riegert, joined a panel of industry leaders at Salesforce’s Dreamforce 2026 in San Francisco for a session titled “Taming Your Tokens: Creating a Realistic AI Budget Plan.” The session tackled a challenge that’s becoming increasingly urgent across every industry: how organizations can rein in the unpredictable costs of agentic AI before they spiral out of control.

Carol was joined on the panel by leaders from Independence Blue Cross, Hayes Locums, and MuleSoft, with each participant bringing a different vantage point on the same core problem. Together, they walked attendees through how to use MuleSoft’s Agent Fabric to enforce budget guardrails at the LLM proxy level, set hard rate limits, and catch costly token overages before they ever hit the bill – while also building the kind of visibility and governance structure that lets an enterprise scale AI responsibly rather than reactively.

For Oxford, it was a natural extension of the work we do every day as a Salesforce Consulting Partner.

With a network of 700+ certified Salesforce consultants and more than 20,000 companies supported through IT staffing and consulting services, Oxford helps organizations put frameworks like these into practice; whether that’s standing up AgentForce and Einstein AI capabilities, integrating Data Cloud and CRM Analytics, or simply helping a team figure out where its AI spend is actually going.

Carol’s invitation to speak at Dreamforce, one of the largest and most influential technology conferences in the world, reflects the kind of thought leadership Oxford brings to the Salesforce ecosystem. If your organization is thinking through its own AI budget and governance strategy, we’d welcome the chance to talk.
