Our client, a leading global chemical company, frequently undertakes short-term projects that involve replicating facility build plans at multiple locations. However, they have faced challenges in finding reliable vendors to support these initiatives. We began an engagement with one of our client\u2019s end users at their customer site. We assigned a highly experienced, senior-level Field Construction Manager (FCM) to oversee a small construction project at a mining facility in Arizona. Our consultant was responsible for supervising 10\u201320 contractors to ensure the successful completion of the project within four to six months<\/p>\n
