The Challenge
\n<\/strong>Our client, a French multinational supplier of industrial gases and services, was searching for individuals to supplement their analytical team. They had been working with a preferred supplier for months and couldn\u2019t locate the right talent. Due to the remote location in Germany and the specific skillset, finding the right person had been quite challenging. Additionally, their existing staff was covering the additional work, resulting in staff dissatisfaction and turnover. Fortunately, we had worked with this company previously at another location. Due to our existing relationship and successful history, they reached out to us to see if we could find the right people for the roles.<\/p>\n

The Solution
\n<\/strong>We traveled to the site to learn more about it and get to know the key stakeholders involved. Within two weeks, we found three Analytical Lab Technicians to analyze samples of gas production.<\/p>\n

The Result
\n<\/strong>As a result of the consultants\u2019 efforts, the client has been able to process approximately 30% more products and continue with their site expansion, which has been in process for two years.
