Their requirements included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attracting highly qualified and experienced staff<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility for rapid up- and downscaling (where applicable<\/li>\n<li>Fast response times \u2013 all individuals needed to be placed within a few months<\/li>\n<li>Strong local presence and network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Solution<\/strong><br \/>\nIn the initial phase, the facility partnered with Oxford to insource QC and QA personnel. Oxford aided the client by offering its niche expertise and skills in the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Environmental Monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Sterility<\/li>\n<li>Biochemistry<\/li>\n<li>Raw Materials<\/li>\n<li>QMS<\/li>\n<li>Batch Record Review<\/li>\n<li>Dispositioning<\/li>\n<li>\u201cShop Floor\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Cell Therapy Specialists<\/li>\n<li>Warehousing<\/li>\n<li>Incoming Goods<\/li>\n<li>Sample Coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Result<\/strong><br \/>\nOxford successfully contributed to the start-up and growth of the company.
