Niet alleen willen we uw werkverleden weten, maar we vragen u ook om documenten en gegevens om uw identiteit te verifi\u00ebren. Later, als u via ons een job aangeboden krijgt, moet u ons nog meer informatie geven om overschrijvingen mogelijk te maken.  <\/p>\n<p><u>Personeelsfuncties<\/u>: U hoort per telefoon of e-mail van een lid van ons Corporate Recruiting-team om een telefoongesprek in te plannen. Oxford zal u nooit een baan aanbieden zonder eerst onze sollicitatieprocedure te hebben doorlopen. Voordat u wordt aangenomen, wordt u gevraagd een online sollicitatie in te vullen via een beveiligd portaal. Als u een baan aangeboden krijgt, worden de inwerkstappen ook voltooid via een beveiligd portaal.   <\/p>\n<p><em>BELANGRIJK: Oxford stuurt u tijdens de sollicitatieprocedure geen geld om extra apparatuur te kopen en vraagt niet om uw creditcardgegevens.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Wij begrijpen heel goed hoe belangrijk het is dat uw vertrouwelijke gegevens worden beschermd. Hieronder leest u wat we wel en niet vragen, zodat u weet wat we doen om uw persoonlijke gegevens te beveiligen en u beter tegen phishing te beschermen. <\/p>\n<h2>Informatie waar we niet om vragen<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Wij zullen u nooit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>als onderdeel van de sollicitatieprocedure vragen om bank- of andere financi\u00eble gegevens te verstrekken;.<\/li>\n<li>geld sturen om extra apparatuur aan te schaffen of vragen om uw creditcardgegevens te verstrekken;<\/li>\n<li>vragen om aanvullende unieke identificatiegegevens of gegevens van uw instelling te verstrekken voordat uw eerste plaatsing rechtstreeks met u is bevestigd;<\/li>\n<li>vragen om inloggegevens, wachtwoorden of andere persoonlijke gegevens met ons te delen (vertrouw niemand die dat wel doet!).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Tips om u te helpen online veilig te blijven<\/h2>\n<p>Helaas zijn de grootste risico\u2019s voor uw persoonlijke gegevens vaak lowtech: denk aan oplichters die u bellen of mailen en zich als recruiter of arbeidsbemiddelaar voordoen om toegang te krijgen tot uw persoonlijke gegevens, zoals uw bank- en\/of andere financi\u00eble gegevens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veilig online zijn, zowel tijdens uw zoektocht naar een job als daarbuiten, begint met gezond verstand. Houd u aan de volgende drie simpele regels, voor zover u dat nog niet doet: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Als u iets niet vertrouwt, klik er dan niet op.<\/strong> Phishingfraudeurs sturen vaak e-mails met links en documenten die malware bevatten, of die technologie bevatten waarmee vertrouwelijke gegevens kunnen worden gestolen, zoals online inloggegevens en wachtwoorden. Ga af op uw gevoel. Als u iets niet vertrouwt, klik er dan niet op. En als u twijfelt over een e-mail die u hebt ontvangen, bel dan uw contactpersoon bij Oxford. Die kan het ongetwijfeld voor u ophelderen.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Als iemand die u niet kent u belt of mailt en persoonlijke gegevens vraagt, zoals uw bankrekening, geboortedatum of persoonlijke identificatiegegevens, verstrek deze dan niet. <\/strong>Sommige oplichters gebruiken fictieve telefoonnummers. Neem bij de minste twijfel via de offici\u00eble kanalen contact op met de organisatie en ga na wat er aan de hand is. Voor alles wat met Oxford te maken heeft, kunt u altijd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oxfordcorp.com\/nl\/neem-contact-op\/\">contact met ons opnemen. <\/a>  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Maak complexe, unieke, moeilijk te kraken wachtwoorden<\/strong> met minstens acht tekens (veel cyberbeveiligingsbedrijven raden minstens 15 of zelfs 20 tekens aan). Gebruik een wachtwoord nooit meerdere malen en verander uw wachtwoorden regelmatig.
