Situation<\/b><\/p>\n

After successfully completing a Global SAP deployment, our client required rapid onsite training of their global key stakeholders and end-user community. Resources were needed to support the following SAP modules: ERP Central Component (ECC), Production Planner (PP), Quality Management (QM), Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM), Materials Management (MM), Master Data Governance (MDG), Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO), and Production Planning for Process Industries (PPPI). Specifically, they needed access to resources on a global scale to assist with creation and knowledge transfer to ensure readiness after the \u201cgo-live.\u201d Resources would be required to support the following regions:<\/p>\n
