Our client was embarking on a strategic AI initiative to evaluate and assess potential AI projects, including data infrastructure and business processes. The goal was to establish a strategic AI plan and governance framework that aligned with their business strategy. The client needed someone to evaluate their technical needs and feasibilities and create an implementation plan to deploy the AI strategy. The client\u2019s objectives were to identify immediate AI projects that aligned with business goals and delivered rapid benefits and to create a strategic AI roadmap framework and implementation plan that highlighted the strategic value and expected ROI.<\/p>\n

<\/b>SOLUTION<\/b><\/p>\n

We created a roadmap identifying proposed AI solutions and use cases, leveraging our AI assessment roadmap and our AI Strategist over a 14-week period. Additionally, we provided an Engagement Manager who oversaw the project, ensuring work quality, milestone delivery, and financial management.<\/p>\n
