Fewer than 1% of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada achieve both the Best of Staffing Client and Talent Awards. We are delighted to announce that Oxford can count itself among these agencies for a third consecutive year. ClearlyRated\u2019s Best of Staffing\u00ae Award winners, presented in partnership with gold sponsor ClearEdge Marketing, have demonstrated their excellence in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients and candidates. On average, clients of winning agencies are 50% more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided than those working with non-winning agencies. Likewise, candidates placed by these agencies are 60% more likely to report full satisfaction.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Oxford has shown that we are committed to delivering the right talent to our clients, receiving<\/span> a Net Promoter\u00ae Score of 64.2%, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 45% in 2024.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We have also demonstrated our commitment to providing our candidates and consultants with rewarding and fulfilling opportunities, as demonstrated by the fact that we received a Net Promoter\u00ae Score of 73%, more than 2.4 times the industry\u2019s average of 30%.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
