Their Systems Integrator was not providing candidates promptly, and they didn\u2019t have the in-house knowledge required to ensure that they were being advocated for.<br \/>\nSo, due to their long-standing relationship with Oxford, they contacted us for support.\u00a0<strong><\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>The Solution<br \/>\n<\/strong>We provided 14 consultants to help set up the new HR system from scratch. The client had 50 locations across Europe, Asia, and North America to account for, and each individual was versed in the localization needs required.
