Senior Workday HRIS Analyst
Our client is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the Workday platform, ensuring it continues to meet business needs and deliver value. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in Workday HCM, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across HR and IT functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and administration of Workday HCM, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Lead configuration changes, enhancements, and system updates across Workday modules.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that improve processes and reporting.
- Develop and maintain documentation, security configurations, and system best practices.
- Support testing, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives within Workday.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Workday HRIS Analyst with strong HCM functional knowledge.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring and maintaining Workday modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across HR and IT teams.
