The intent was to reduce operational complexity and improve efficiency. Once they determined the scope of the project, they sought a partner with a global reach to support them in their initiative. They engaged Oxford Global Resources to assist with various aspects of the project and help keep them on time and within budget.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Solution<\/strong><br \/>\nOxford was able to quickly provide resources across multiple countries, overcoming language and time zone barriers. We supported each phase of the European deployment over the course of the project. Thanks to our rapid response time, we were able to keep our client\u2019s project scope on track. We also contributed a deep knowledge of the systems and business processes needed to bring about the desired positive outcomes.
