In my role, I lead our dedicated Account Management teams in Germany who specialize in supporting Oxford\u2019s international clients in providing talent and professional services across our core disciplines of Life Sciences, IT and Engineering.<\/span><\/p>\n Additionally, I strategically collaborate with our service delivery teams across Europe, orchestrating to support the evolving needs of our German and international clients.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In a significant milestone for Oxford, 2023 witnessed the establishment of our third German office in D\u00fcsseldorf. When I joined Oxford almost 17 years ago, I didn’t anticipate this would be a long-term journey. I have been involved in hundreds of projects, and each had its ups and downs, but each project has given me the opportunity to learn and build my experience. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n One of the more recent rewarding experiences was our work to support pharmaceutical and biotech companies in bringing the COVID-19 vaccine to market. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Q: What\u2019s one thing you wish someone had told you during your career journey?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n To focus on what I can control. The two aspects that are most rewarding for me are interconnected. Firstly, it\u2019s seeing our clients accomplish their goals.
