They needed to respond to regulatory demands to ensure that all loan servicing systems continued to remain compliant with changing federal banking regulations. Because multiple lines of business were significantly impacted by related system changes, our client required project controls, strong communications, and repeatable, consistent project and change management processes within multiple work streams across multiple lines of business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Solution<\/strong><br \/>\nIn support of our client\u2019s efforts to establish more effective project control and communications in a rapidly changing project landscape, our team leveraged our Project Management as a Service (PMaaS) solution to achieve those goals. Our program was staffed with project managers, change consultants, and change managers who could quickly be deployed anywhere within the impacted bank organizations, as needed. To align team knowledge and capability, we created a \u201cboot camp\u201d tailored for our client. This \u201cboot camp\u201d accelerated consultant acclimation to the bank and project expectations, enabling the team to hit the ground running and deliver value from day one. Our consultants followed client established methodologies to successfully manage business impacts and people processes. Day-to-day team activities included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resource demand planning<\/li>\n<li>Project plan maintenance, end-to-end work breakdown structure development<\/li>\n<li>Process design\/process flows documentation<\/li>\n<li>Business requirements analysis<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing support<\/li>\n<li>Use cases design<\/li>\n<li>Communications and status reporting (including risk and issues identification)<\/li>\n<li>Process and project risk management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Result<\/strong><br \/>\nThe overall program achieved the objectives while remaining within overall timelines and budgets. All projects in scope were completed on budget and schedule.
