The Challenge<\/strong>
\nA global systems integrator established an SAP\u2122 software consolidation and implementation project and needed extra support to reach their go-live date. As part of a recent acquisition, our client required their new subsidiary to be transitioned onto the same system. When faced with limited internal bench strength they turned to Oxford to provide SAP resources.<\/p>\n

The Solution<\/strong>
\nWe provided a team of senior consultants to serve as functional leads for SAP work streams. Each consultant brought more than 15 years of experience with the specific SAP modules.<\/p>\n

In addition to providing senior-level guidance, we also placed several skilled consultants to ensure all aspects of the project were supported with the right talent.<\/p>\n

The Result<\/strong>
\nThe SAP implementation successfully went live and the acquisition was effectively transitioned to their new SAP platform. Due to the high level of expertise provided, all critical deadlines were met.<\/p>\n
