Health and Safety

Updated as of August 31, 2020

As COVID-19 continues to be part of our daily lives, the health and well-being of our employees, clients, and consultants remain our top priorities. Oxford Global Resources conducts ongoing monitoring of guidance from regional and local health authorities, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), and operates our business consistent with that guidance.

We remain open for business, with our Oxford team members available via phone and email to meet your business needs. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions we might not have addressed below. We love to hear from you and are always here to support you.

I'm an Oxford Consultant. What do I need to know?

Your health and safety are of utmost importance. If you have specific health concerns about coming to one of our offices or a client facility, submit the form below, so we can work with you individually.

  • Notify us immediately by submitting the form below and do not go to the workplace if you are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, have been subject to potential exposure, have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have any other reason to believe you were exposed to the virus.
  • The CDC provides up-to-date information about symptoms and self-checker guidance at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html
  • Whether you will work remotely or onsite will depend on the specific client, assignment, and local requirements.
  • Please work with the client to understand and comply with their company’s specific policies, protocols, and procedures surrounding COVID-19. If you have questions or have not received the client’s COVID-19 health and safety protocol, reach out to your client manager or your recruiter.
  • If an order regarding stay-at-home, non-essential business closure, or other similar order is issued in your area, please follow the directives as they are issued, updated, and/or extended.
  • If you are working on-site when an order described above is issued, check directly with your client manager and let your recruiter know whether the client has approved you to work from home.

I'm an Oxford client. What do I need to know?

We’re here to support you and your team whether you are working onsite or remotely. The majority of our Consultants are fully equipped to work remotely.

We have advised our candidates to work with you to understand and comply with your company’s specific COVID-19 protocols. If you currently have or are bringing an Oxford consultant on-site, please provide the consultant and your Oxford Account Manager with your company’s COVID-19 protocol so we can work together to optimize preserving health and safety.

We have also advised our consultants to:

  • Notify us and not come to the workplace if they are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms, have been subject to potential exposure, have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have any other reason to believe they were exposed to the virus.
  • Seek a COVID-19 test if they are exhibiting symptoms.
  • Follow state, local or CDC guidelines or requirements on face coverings, social distancing, and sanitation.
  • Follow any local stay at home or other similar orders, and, if working on-site when an order is issued, check directly with their client manager regarding whether they are approved to work remotely.

For any additional questions, contact your Oxford Account Manager, or submit your questions or concerns to us, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
