Our client traditionally relied on manual review of customer shipment requirement documents, including unstructured formats like PDFs, contracts, and retailer guidelines. This approach resulted in delays, inconsistencies, limited visibility into recurring compliance issues, and high operational costs. The lack of automated processes put the client at risk of mismatches between customer requirements and internal supply chain procedures, which could lead to\u00a0substantial fines and chargebacks from major retailers.<\/p>\n

SOLUTION<\/b><\/p>\n

The client partnered with us to initiate a Proof of Concept (POC) to demonstrate how Generative AI (GenAI), integrated with the MAX API and Azure environment, could automate the ingestion and structuring of customer shipment requirement documents.
