As a smaller refinery, the client didn\u2019t have the internal bandwidth to support the project. Because of our deep bench of resources in this area and unique ability to quickly source hard-to-find talent, the client reached out to Oxford to help.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Solution<br \/>\n<\/strong>We provided a senior-level Turnaround Manager to oversee and manage all subcontractors and vendors who would be working on the turnaround. Within two weeks, despite the wide range of skill sets needed to support the turnaround, we provided a custom project team comprised of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Turnaround Lead Planner<\/li>\n<li>Piping Planner<\/li>\n<li>QC Planner<\/li>\n<li>TAR Materials Coordinator<\/li>\n<li>Logistics Planner<\/li>\n<li>P6 Scheduler<\/li>\n<li>Document Manager<\/li>\n<li>TAR Manager<\/li>\n<li>Cost Controls Specialist<\/li>\n<li>E&amp;I Planner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Result<br \/>\n<\/strong>We supported the client throughout the turnaround, from the planning phase to post-turnaround activities.
