The Challenge<\/strong>
\nA white shoe law and lobbying firm had recently acquired another law firm and was in the midst of a migration from Workday\u2122 Studio to Kronos Workforce Ready\u2122. Initially, they had a partner for the project, but a week before their partner was supposed to start, they backed out. As a result, the client reached out to Oxford Global Resources. Within eight days, an Oxford consultant started on the project.<\/p>\n

The Solution<\/strong>
\nThe Workday Integrations Developer assisted the client with data extraction, documentation extraction, migration, bulk orders, Workday reporting, and knowledge transfer. Without this support, the client would have lost documents related to staff performance and bonuses and would have had to start from scratch.<\/p>\n

The Result<\/strong>
\nWithout the support of the Oxford consultant, the client would have missed their strict two-month deadline and would have had to pay up to $100,000 to maintain their Workday license until all necessary files were transferred. The project was a complete success, and the client shared that our consultant was very professional, level-headed, proactive, and had strong technical and interpersonal skills.
