Integration Project Manager

Job Description:
Our client is currently in the process of implementing the SAP FI/CO application, alongside an associated BI/BW and PI installation to provide accounting functionality for the whole group. The SAP installation will be located at the corporate head office in Europe and will replace a number of different accounting packages – mostly instances of CODA – that are currently used by the various operating divisions. The first rollout (R1) is planned for Q2 2011 and will be for the corporate office, with two subsequent releases in the second half of 2011 to cover the other Europe, Asia and North American offices.
The role of Integration Project Manager – SAP (US Rollout) is to manage and coordinate all activities required to implement the R2 release in the US including IT build and migration work, business training and change management, and data cleansing and migration. The role will suit a seasoned Project Manager with experience of managing system integration and business change activities for SAP implementations, especially ones involving trading platforms. Note that the SAP build and development work is being undertaken in the corporate office, hence the primary IT build work for R2 is focused on the building interfaces to SAP from originating Trading systems plus data migration/cleansing utilities. Duties include:
Project Management of all SAP integration activities related to the US, ensuring delivery to time, budget and quality standards
Stakeholder management, including status reporting and running of relevant steering groups
Act as key interface point to core SAP project team based in corporate office, and with equivalent colleague based in Europe (who will manage the Energy Division implementation). Will involve some travel to Europe, and Houston.
Maintain overall architecture coherence for the US implementation, by ensuring compliance with core team standards and leveraging existing assets created during the R1 release, plus ensuring appropriate co-ordination/reuse between R2 locations.
Required/Technical Skills:
- 5+ years Project Management experience in delivering IT projects
- Experience in managing integration activities on a SAP implementation – ideally in a Trading environment
- Experience of managing/working with multi-site, multi-discipline project teams
- Experience in working with vendors and system integration consultancies

PeopleSoft HRMS Technical Specialist

Job Description:
Maintains and supports the PeopleSoft HRMS and Payroll systems, performs various PeopleSoft programming and database administration functions, and develops custom reports per user specifications. Duties include:
- Monitors the PeopleSoft Customer Connection website for patches and fixes to the HRMS and Payroll systems and implements same.
- Implement all tax updates, as they become available in a timely manner.
- Implement all PeopleTools updates as required.
- Perform system testing and debugging involving PeopleCode, SQR, PS Query, Crystal Reports, Application Engine, COBOL, Process Scheduler, Report Manager, Application Server, Web Server and DBMS.
- Perform all DBA functions on SQL Server database required.

- Responsible for application security and for configuring user profiles, roles, and permission lists.
- Design new workflow events, activities, and triggers to support additional workflow processes.
