PCB Layout Designer

PCB Layout Designer

Job Description:
PCB layout of high-density, multi-layered, high-speed designs for networking applications using Cadence Allegro or PADS PowerPCB.  Work DFM/DFT and EMI/EMC groups to eliminate potential problem issues on layout designs. 

Required/Technical Skills:
  • Cadence Allegro, PADS PowerPCB, or Mentor Expedition
  • High speed digital circutiry, analog and RF circuit boards
  • DFM/DFT, EMI issues

  • Mechanical Engineer

    Job Title:
    Mechanical Engineer

    Job Location:
    San Jose, CA

    Job Description:
    Design large scale capital and network equipment and perform analysis.  Engineer and design of injection molded plastic parts and sheetmetal enclosures, precision mechanisms and opto-mechanical modules, as well as disposables for the medical industry.  Task involves conceptualization, design and tolerancing.  Analyze requirements to come up with concepts and designs.

    Required/Technical Skills:
  • Ability to conceptualize and engineer solutions
  • Ability to use analysis tools
  • Good problem solving abilities
  • Proficient with CAD tools: Pro-Engineer Wildfire, Solidworks or Unigraphics NX

  • Electrical Controls Engineer

    Electrical Controls Engineer

    Job Description:
    Electrical integration for automation control of capital equipment design.  Design power distribution cabinet for semiconductor equipment.  Design electrical cable and harness for semiconductor equipment to interface with sensors, robots and other control devices.  Program PLC's for industrial automation application.  Troubleshoot and debug system on the shop floor.  Create HMI interfaces using both canned programs as well as custom development.

    Required/Technical Skills:
  • Experience with one of the following PLCs:
  • Allen-Bradley/Rockwell
  • Delta V
  • RSView or Wonderware HMI's
  • VB or SQL programming for HMI development
  • BSEE or equivalent.

    Client needs a Mechanical Designer with experience generating designs and models from red line drawings.  Experience in detail design, drafting and GD&T.  Experience in assembly drawings, documentation, BOMs and ECOs.

  • 2+ years experience with SolidWorks, Pro/Engineer Wildfire, or Unigraphics NX
  • Experience with machine design, sheetmetal or plastics
  • Ability to work from the concept phase all the way through prototyping while supporting
            manufacturing with the documentation package release.

    Job Description:
    Create and execute validation plans and protocols.  Plan, perform, and document validation activities for equipment, facilities and utilities in a pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environment.  Conduct process and equipment assessments to ensure compliance with FDA regulations.

    Required/Technical Skills:
  • 5+ years experience writing and executing IQs, OQs and PQs
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing facility
  • Familiarity with FDA guidelines and regulations
