- Assist hiring managers in defining their consultant needs
- Work with the hiring manager, clearly define the skills required on a consultant assignment
- Determine the consultant’s project assignment start and end dates
- establish contract and credit terms with the hiring manager
Maintain Long Term Relationships
- Ensure quality customer service by resolving all issues pertaining to a consultant’s employment
- Regularly audit client manager’s usage to ensure you are working with managers who are planning consultant usage
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 7-10 years of solid Healthcare IT experience in staffing or consulting industries
- Must be a self starter with a track record of working independently
- Experience developing new business territories
- Prior staffing industry experience in a senior level role

Direct Hire (Full Desk) Recruiting Specialist
Centerpoint, the permanent placement arm of Oxford Global Resources, is expanding due to growth. We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Specialist with strong business development skills to represent our organization by educating clients and potential clients on our scope of services for Information Technology (IT), Healthcare IT, Engineering, Software/Hardware, and Telecommunications.
For the business development aspect of this role, the recruiting specialist will work with our clients in a consultative fashion to:
- Establish appropriate customer relationships
- Set operating procedures and agreements
- Develop reasonable job descriptions and requirements
- Effectively screen candidates for open positions
- Negotiate fees for Centerpoint’s services
- Set, deliver and close employment offers
For the candidate identification piece, the recruiting specialist should be knowledgeable of the technical marketplace for a variety of technical disciplines. They should be able to understand such issues as job specifications, compensation levels, and candidate interview and selection. The Recruiter is also responsible for:
- Sourcing, evaluating, interviewing and preparing the Applicants for job interviews
- Introducing applicants to our clients
- Negotiating and closing employment offers
- Performing quality checks with the Hiring Authorities during the placement guarantee period
Our business ultimately depends upon the recruiting specialist ability to independently develop and maintain relationships with Clients and Applicants.
Qualifications:
- Recruiting or placement industry (relevant sales experience may be substituted if all other criteria are met)
