Fee Schedule. Centerpoint's fees, payable by the employer, are contingent upon the hiring of a candidate referred by one of our Staffing Specialists. The fees are based upon the agreed annual starting total compensation and are paid pursuant to a sliding scale as follows:

- Less than $70,000
- $70,000 to $100,000
- More than $100,000

All fees are payable net thirty (30) calendar days from the starting date of employment.
Guarantee Policy. If the full fee is paid within ten (10) business days from the starting date of employment, a one hundred and eighty (180) calendar day pro-rata guarantee will be in effect. Otherwise, a thirty (30) calendar day pro-rata guarantee will be in effect. In either case, subject to certain conditions, if the employee's employment terminates within the applicable guarantee period for any reason, we will refund a pro-rata portion of the fee paid or issue a credit for such amount in the event we provide a replacement.
