What training opportunities does Oxford offer?
Extensive training is given to all Oxford Recruiters and Account Managers. Each day begins with a one hour topical training meeting where relevant aspects of the job are presented and discussed in detail within the branch or group. In addition, employees are exposed to broader training through presentations and outside providers. Educational reimbursement programs are also available.

When will I be eligible for medical and dental benefits coverage?
Staff employees are eligible for medical and dental benefits starting their 31st day of employment. At hiring, enrollment information is included as part of our new hire kit. Supplemental information is also available from Human Resources.
May I roll over my 401(k) funds from a previous employer?
At any time during your employment at Oxford, you may roll over funds from another qualified plan. There is no waiting period required for the transfer. You may not start 401(k) payroll deductions until you have met the eligibility requirements and join at the scheduled open enrollment periods. Further information is available from Human Resources.
